River Construction Inc. was founded in the Spring of 2005. Since the company began, RC has built 36 homes, 2 clubhouses, and 96 town homes in the La Estancia Planned Community in Tom's Canyon; RC has also built 3 homes in the Berryville Hills subdivision, 1 home in the Vermillion Cliffs, and 1 home in Canyon Country Estates.

RC has also done many smaller projects. For example, RC built a new dog shelter for the Humane Society in Fredonia, the new wall at Denny's Wigwam to attract visitors to the Spurs Grill, and several remodels and additions to homes in the Kanab
city area.
